TIZIANA ARNABOLDI Choreographer, director, dancer
She trains with Rey Phillips in Zurich and she sharpens her skills in Paris with Carolyn Carlson, and Pina Bausch in Essen, Germany.  With the Compagnia she  realizes and produces many shows. Her last creations “1000 e 1 aqua” co-produced with the Companhia de Almada (Portugal) on the occasion of the European Project during  the international year of  the water and “Donne che si raccontano”. Both works were presented in Genova at the Teatro Archivolto for the occasion of “Genova 2004 capital of European culture”. In 2005 she produces the show “Cruda Bellezza” following an African tournée in 2007 (South Africa, Mozambique and Angola), for which director Mohammed Soudani produced a documentary.In 2007 she produces a theatrical performance for two actors “Arrivederci Professore”. In 2008-2009 she creates “Volo via” and “Condannato libero”, co-produced with the Swiss Days of contemporary dance. In 2011 she produces the show “Attesa ni na na”, inspired from Samuel Beckett's text “Waiting for Godot” and co-produces with Teatro San Materno Ascona. In 2013 she produces the show “ Dentro Jawlensky” It is a dance of music, voice and gestures that develops in different points and gradually spreading is dragging everyone with it. Co-produces with Teatro san Materno Ascona and Archivio Jawlensky. In 2014 with the  Company Young Tiziana Arnaboldi she creates “Linea”, co- produced with Teatro San Materno Ascona and Teatro sull`acqua Arona, Italy. The jury of the competition Fit/Festival, Lugano awarded “Linea”.  Perforamances were very appreciated in Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and Africa. Since October 2009 the company has a residence at the Teatro San Materno in Ascona creating international platforms and artistic events inspired by this place, rich in arts and history. Since 2015, as part of a project entitled “A Conversation Between the Arts”, a number of international artists from a variety of disciplines have joined Compagnia Tiziana Arnaboldi with residences at Ascona’s Teatro San Materno, creating a string of unique performances. Shows take place not only in the theatre but in other locations and spaces too, as part of the continous search for new inter-art connections. “A Conversation Between the Arts” Shows and Performances 2015    “ The Chairs - Sitting down”, dance & design with R.
